පියුමිගේ-සාරි-ජරමරේ (Piumi’s sari scene)

ජනපි‍්‍රය ටෙලි නිළි පියුමි බොතේජු සාරි හිගයකට ලක්ව සිටින බව වෙත වාර්තා වේ.
සති අන්ත පුවත් පතක ටැබ්ලොයිඩ් අතිරේකයක වෙසක් සිතියේ මුල්පිටුව සැරසීමට පියුමිට ආරාධනා ලැබී තිබේ.
ඒ සඳහා ඡායාරූප ලබාගැනීමට දින නියම කරගත් දිනයේදී පියුමි සාරියකින් සැරසී අදාළ දර්ශන තලයට පැමිණ ඇත.
කෙසේවුවද පියුමි වෙසක් දින කවරයකට පෙනී සිටීමට ඇඳගෙන විත් ඇත්තේ මගුල් ගෙදරක යාමට උචිත සාරියක් බව පැවසේ.
පසුව ඡායාරූප ශිල්පියා විසින් පියුමිට සාරිය මාරු කළොත් හොඳ බව පවසා ඇත.
පියුමි ඔහුට පිළිතුරු ලෙස දී ඇත්තේ තමාට ඇත්තේ එක සාරියක් බවත්, එම සාරියෙන් තමාගේ ඡායාරූප ලබා ගන්නේ නම් ගන්නා ලෙසයි.
කෙසේවුවද පසුව චන්දික නානායක්කර සමග පෙනී සිටි මෙම ඡායාරූපයට පියුමිට හරහට සිටින ලෙස දන්වා පියුමිගේ සාරි මෝස්තරය කෙළින්ම ඡායාරූපයට නොවැටෙන සේ ඡායාරූප ගෙන අදාළ කවරය සකස් කරගෙන ඇති බවද පැවසේ.

Popular actress Piumi Boteju faced a dilemma at a recent photoshoot, reports say.
Piumi has been chosen to grace the cover page of a supplement of a weekend newspaper recently.
Incidentally, it was also the Vesak issue of the newspaper.
On the day of the photoshoot, Piunu has decked herself in a sari and arrived at the set.
However, Piumi’s sari was more suited for a wedding rather than a Vesak themed photoshoot and the photographer had reportedly asked her to change.
To this, Piumi had replied that she had only one sari and it will have to do.
In the end, the photo had been taken for the cover with co-model Chandika Nanayakkara standing at the front to conceal most of the sari’s design.
